How long can we stay until?
11:00 PM the night of the event
Can we set up the day before?
So long as the room is unoccupied, clients may set up the day before if they arranged a time with the banquet manager. Client must wrap up by 8:00PM so staff can lock up.
Can we come in early?
Yes. Please always confirm the time you will be arriving on your Banquet Details Form.
Do you price match?
Yes. We price match halls of similar size/rules.
How long do we have before cancelling with no penalty?
30 days prior to the event date
What is the penalty if we cancel less than 2 weeks to the event?
Cancellation of a confirmed event less than 30 days prior to the start date will result in a cancellation charge of 100% of the total charges. Cancellation must be received in writing.
Are deposits refundable?
No.
